Firstly, our main motive was to focus on women empowerment so we planned to work out on design of decors with self-designed and overwhelming ideas through creative minds and magical hands of ladies. D&M decors also contribute some profit with old age homes and animal welfare.
I am Snehal. I’ve been working with D&M Decor for the past 8 months. My work experience with D&M decors is excellent as it changed my career and boosted my confidence. We are delighted like a part of the family and also I am very glad and fortunate to work with D&M decors, as we are often asked for opinions and ideas while making new products. This work helped me and family financially because of my embossed and delicate artisans.
I’m Rinku , working with D&M Decors currently . Earlier I was a housewife and my husband was a delivery man in swiggy. The whole world was hit with a pandemic in which lakh and crores of people were unemployed including us and financial problems began to arise. The D&M Decor came in light and gave us the opportunity to exhibit our talent. Through this our financial issues were stable.
I am Mohini, D&M Decor gave us a great opportunity to showcase our talent. I am thankful to the entire team of D&M Decor and its a career-oriented platform for many women as it offers a great chance to work and I also think Women can have equal right to participate in education, society, economy and politically. Women can be involved in society as they are glad to choose their religious, language, work and other activities.
I am Asha, used to stay in a small town with my four kids. In search of a job, I started doing domestic work. I got recruited by D&M decor as a first artisan. I felt very glad and felt confident after working with D&M decors. I think women empowerment is a critical aspect in achieving gender equality, where both men and women have equal power and opportunities for education, healthcare, economic participation and personal development. It’s so important for women self -esteem and also for societies. Empowering women is to give rights to women.
