We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and the most reliable method possible, to provide you the best delivery experience. We have tied up with the reputed courier companies, such as Fedex, Delhivery , to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. D&M Décor provides free delivery on all prepaid items and delivery charge INR 100 is applicable on COD.
Delivery Time-frames
- Standard products: For standard items, you will receive your order within 5-10 working days from date of order, depending on the location of the delivery. These products will be shipped via air courier.
- Heavy Products: For heavy items, you will receive your order within 7-12 working days from the date of order, depending on the location of the delivery. These products will be shipped via surface shipping.
Note: Certain products have longer than usual delivery times, as some states requires additional paperwork or entry permits which needs to be provided by the customer post that only orders can be shipped.
Tracking Your Order
Customer will get an email on registered id notifying dispatch details of the order including courier partner details and the tracking number. We encourage you to track your order online on the courier company’s website. Most courier companies provide an estimated delivery date also. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.
